Shimza is a South African DJ and producer born in Tembisa, Johannesburg. He began his career by winning the “Red Bull DJ Academy” competition in 2006, quickly making a name for himself in the music scene. Shimza is also the founder of the charitable event “One Man Show” and the label Kunye, aimed at supporting young African talents.
Playing at prestigious festivals such as Tomorrowland and Ibiza, he has received multiple South African Music Awards (SAMA). Shimza is renowned for his impact on the music scene and his community engagement.
