NEW ALBUM BIRD’S EYE OUT NOW VIA ATLANTIC RECORDS
NORTH AMERICAN TOUR LAUNCHES IN SEPTEMBER
On the heels of her sophomore album Bird’s Eye releasing last week, Ravyn Lenae made her late night TV debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The momentous occasion for the 25-year-old saw her perform a medley of Bird’s Eye standouts “Genius” and “Love Me Not” with a live band.
Bird’s Eye has already garnered widespread praise, with Ravyn being described as “one of this generation’s innovators” by Pitchfork, “a modern R&B torchbearer” by Exclaim! and as a singer who “is writing one perfect pop song after another” by The Guardian, among others. The album marks a true artistic departure – one in which she’s let herself explore a wider sonic array than ever before, aided in large part by the executive production of Dahi (Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Kelela).
On September 26th, Ravyn will reunite with former tourmate Omar Apollo for a one-off performance at the storied Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre before embarking on her headlining Bird’s Eye Live tour, which will see her play across North America and Europe this fall.
