PROSPA DELIVER DANCEFLOOR GOLD WITH CIRCOLOCO SINGLE, ‘DON’T STOP’

Featuring a classic sample from Somethin’ for the People, ‘Don’t Stop’ is another signature Prospa nod to peak ‘90s UK house — bound to infuse high-energy nostalgia into their CircoLoco residency sets this summer

Prospa, after clocking 7M+ streams with last year’s ‘This Rhythm’, returns to CircoLoco Records with a solid gold body-mover for the club – ‘Don’t Stop’, released on Friday 11th April.

Masters of flipping huge vocals into house anthems, ‘Don’t Stop’ is built around the iconic “don’t stop, get it, get it” hook from Somethin’ for The People’s 1997 R&B hit, ‘My Love Is the Shhh!’. Driving the track are low-slung house drums and a menacing bassline, laying the groundwork for a hands-in-the-air moment with the vocal front and centre. It’s pure ’90s-style UK house sleaze, tailor-made for Ibiza’s DC-10, where Prospa are set to play as part of the CircoLoco residency this summer (dates TBA).

2024 was a banner year for Leeds duo Prospa, having played to more than 250k people in its second half across the globe, including the Pyramids of Giza, Brasilia’s BOMA, Space Miami, and Manchester’s iconic Warehouse Project, and with two massive releases via CircoLoco Records: their EP, If You Want My Loving, that included the fan-favourite ‘Motions’, followed up by Beatport chart-topper ‘This Rhythm’, another club classic featuring soulful vocals from Manchester’s rising star RAHH.

The unstoppable rise of international stars Prospa continues with the new single, ‘Don’t Stop’, out now on CircoLoco Records.

About Prospa:

Hailing from Leeds, childhood friends Harvey Blumler and Gosha Smith connected over their shared passion for electronic music, and started producing under the Prospa moniker in 2013, drawing inspiration from the likes of Daft Punk, Disclosure, The Chemical Brothers, and The Prodigy.

They broke out in late 2018 with the anthem “Prayer”, earning support from high-profile tastemakers while helping relaunch heritage house label Stress Records after a 13-year hiatus. Since then, Prospa have embarked on a rapid ascent to consolidate their status as one of the UK’s most exciting electronic acts.

Synthesising the true sound of euphoria in all guises, the duo are experts at crafting high-octane, dancefloor-focused sonics as much as they are reveling in more heartfelt, meditative moments and uplifting emotional stadium anthems – with the outer reaches of this versatility being broadened from release to release.

Throughout their international career, they have played in some of the world’s biggest clubs and festival stages, including Glastonbury, Coachella, CircoLoco Ibiza, Printworks, Red Rocks, and more.
