Nao Yoshioka is a Japanese soul singer whose music combines elements of classic soul, R&B, and jazz to create a sound that is both timeless and modern.
Born in Osaka, Japan, Nao grew up in a creative household, with her parents encouraging her and her sisters to explore their artistic talents. Her passion for music began at a young age, leading her to sing in a band while in school. She was drawn to the soulful sounds of artists like Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin and began developing her own unique style.
Since her single ‘Make the Change’ was released in 2012, she quickly gained critical acclaim for her soulful, heartfelt performances.
