NAIJA STAR, SIMI CELEBRATES WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH WITH INSPIRATIONAL MUSIC VIDEO ‘WOMAN TO WOMAN’ 

A call for solidarity, ‘Woman To Woman’ celebrates the strength, resilience and confidence of the women in her life and across the world. Taken from Simi’s album ‘Lost & Found’.

Nigerian afrobeats star Simi shares the official music video for Woman To Woman,’ perfectly timed to celebrate Women’s History Month. The video, out now is a standout track from Simi’s acclaimed album Lost And Found, released last year, the visual reinforces the album’s core themes of sisterhood and female empowerment.

‘Woman To Woman’ is a song about uplifting women’s confidence, and the new music video brings the song’s message to life with vibrant storytelling and powerful visuals, capturing the essence of sisterhood in both personal and universal ways. Through striking scenes, with every frame intentionally crafted to showcase their power, resilience and confidence. The video weaves together the stories of women from various backgrounds, professions, and walks of life, featuring her mother, close friends, activists, and influencers. In doing so, Simi creates a moving tribute to the strength, diversity, and solidarity of women’s experiences.

Simi says the single is a call for solidarity, showing how multifaceted women can be, reminding women that they can be whatever they want to be in their lifetime.

The release coincides with Simi’s latest milestone as the March cover star of Deeds Mag. She also recently dropped the ‘Lost & Found Love Story’ visual story on YouTube, a music video featuring a medley of love songs off Simi’s Lost and Found Album, launched in time for Valentines Day in February. It features the tracks ‘Alafia’, ‘One of One’, ‘Gimme Something’, ‘Miracle Worker’, ‘Rnb Luv’, ‘Romance Therapy’, and ‘JOWO’. Watch below:
