blending nostalgia with quintessential modern sentiments. The album’s centerpiece, “The Letter”, is an ethereal, piano driven track with haunting Thom Yorke-esque vocals reminiscent of Kid A-era Radiohead;
“Decision” opens with hints of Chris Isaak’s classic “Wicked Game” before suddenly twisting into a modern dance track; the album’s closer, “What do you want from me?”, is thoroughly modern-pop, à la Billie Eilish and FINNEAS’ “Bad Guy”, boasting playful beats with a driving chorus, occasionally dipping into poignant, whispering vocals.
