Jane Remover releases their new album Revengeseekerz via deadAir. Despite not having announced a release date ahead of today, Jane has steadily been leaving bread crumbs over the last few months for their followers in the form of cryptic socials posts and the release of official Revengeseekerz singles “JRJRJR” and “Dancing with your eyes closed.” A music video for album cut “angels in camo,” directed by Jane and Noah Sellers, arrives alongside the album’s release. Their third official full-length, Revengeseekerz was written, performed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jane Remover in Chicago this winter and boasts a feature from Danny Brown on “Psychoboost.”
Revengeseekerz follows their groundbreaking debut album Frailty, which rose up from the underground music community in 2021, cementing Jane as one of the brightest stars during the height of the digicore and hyperpop explosion. Their 2023 follow-up Census Designated, a foray into guitar-centric music, arrived to much critical acclaim, including The Guardian donning it with 5/5 stars.
This February, Jane’s artist project venturing released the debut album Ghostholding via deadAir, which received praise from the likes of UPROXX, The FADER, and Pitchfork, who described the album as “full of sprawling, fearsome beauty.”
Jane will embark on their 2025 headline TURN UP OR DIE North American tour with direct support from deadAir labelmate and Brooklyn producer/DJ dazegxd, along with support from d0llywood1 and Lucy Bedroque on select dates this Spring. The tour kicks off on April 23rd, and the 20-date run will see them perform in Chicago, Toronto, Brooklyn, Austin, Seattle, Vancouver, and Los Angeles before wrapping up in Phoenix on May 22nd.
