BUZZING R&B SENSATION 4batz RELEASES NEW SINGLE “MORTAL KOMBAT”

On the verge of a major mainstream breakthrough, Dallas-based R&B phenomenon 4batz serves up an epic new single entitled “MORTAL KOMBAT” available now on all streaming platforms via BuVision/10K Projects. Most importantly, it sets the stage for his anxiously awaited sophomore full-length offering—coming soon.

This bold ballad hinges on big screen-size strings and a hypnotic beat. Running it back, a rewound orchestral loop brushes up against his swooning vocals. Straight out of the gate, he makes a promise punctuated by towering high register, “You must think I’m done, but I’ll be right back around.” 4Batz flexes his skyscraping range as he ponders the ups and downs of a turbulent romance, “We always fight…I know that I’m wrong, but this shit feels so right.”

At the same time, “MORTAL KOMBAT” affirms his star power and presence. He’s just the fighter you want to choose in your corner…

He capped off an unforgettable 2024 with “hood grammy.” It has already amassed 1.5 million Spotify streams and 606K YouTube views. Billboard named it among “R&B/Hip-Hop Fresh Picks of the Week,” applauding how “The Dallas singer’s airy vocals mesh over the sparse yet sparkling production, as batz adds to his lore.” Complex noted, “4batz dropped out of high school but won a ‘hood grammy’,” and HipHopDX encouraged a listen, “if you like your R&B pitched up and surreal.” HotNewHipHop called it “a victory lap.” Meanwhile, Attack The Culture put it best, “4batz’s refreshingly innovative sound continues to break standard sonic barriers, which has quickly catapulted him to success and as a leader in music culture.”

Be ready for more music and announcements from 4batz coming soon.

4batz continues to assert himself as a vital and vulnerable R&B visionary. He initially made waves with “act i: stickerz ‘99’,” bulldozing a path for “act ii: date @ 8.” The latter caught the attention of Drake who hopped on the official Remix, which catapulted into the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot R&B Songs Chart and onto the Hot 100. He accelerated his rise with u made me a st4r, generating over half-a-billion streams and inciting the applause of NPR, Billboard, and more. Not to mention, he collaborated with Lil Baby, Skilla Baby, and Jeremih, among others. It’s just the beginning though.

He’s ready for more with his 2025 single “MORTAL KOMBAT” and upcoming music.
