TAKEN FROM THE BAND’S DELUXE EDITION OF THEIR NUMBER 1 ALBUM GARY
GARY DELUXE IS RELEASED DIGITALLY ON MAY 9TH
Blossoms have revealed their brand-new single The Honeymoon. The Honeymoon is taken from the band’s upcoming deluxe edition of their Number 1 album Gary, released in September 2024. It comes ahead of the band’s European tour, in support of Inhaler, which will include shows in Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Milan, Berlin, and Amsterdam, before a run of stadium and outdoor shows with Stereophonics.
Gary Deluxe is released digitally on 9th May and features the original album, as well as recent track Mariah Carey Through Death Valley, with more details to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
Blossoms will play this year’s Glastonbury Festival and Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Liverpool, as well as headline gigs at Forest Live in Delamere Forest, TK Maxx Presents Derby Summer Sessions, and and TK Maxx Presents Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Gary is Blossoms’ fifth studio album and their fourth Number 1 record. Their 2016 debut Blossoms topped the album charts for two consecutive weeks and went on to earn the band BRIT Award and Mercury Prize nominations, while 2018’s Cool Like You charted at Number 4 in the UK album chart, spawning the anthemic singles I Can’t Stand It, There’s A Reason Why (I Never Returned Your Calls) and How Long Will This Last? Their third studio album, 2020’s Foolish Loving Spaces was the band’s second UK Number 1 album, while their fourth studio LP Ribbon Around The Bomb gave the band their third UK Number 1 album, with the record’s standout tracks Ode To NYC, The Sulking Poet and Care For well established as fan favourites. Blossoms have had six Top 5 albums in the UK, including their In Isolation/Live From The Plaza Theatre, Stockport release.
