ATRIP CHANNELS FEELINGS OF ECSTACY WITH NEW RELEASE ‘JUNCTION 3’

ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF HIS MIXTAPE “TANZPARTEI” SET TO DROP ON OCT 4th

Following on from his sold-out Night Tales debut in June, Poland-born, London-raised electronic producer ATRIP releases his new single, the vibrant and voluminous ‘Junction 3’.

Junction 3’ perfectly encapsulates the ATRIP aesthetic, being simultaneously joyous, heartfelt and bursting with kinetic energy. An interwoven mesh of pulsing synths morph throughout the song’s runtime, with the track’s shuffling percussion creating an irresistibly danceable groove. The song’s final build-up transcends into a spaced-out, reverb drenched passage before crescendoing into a final pounding flourish.

This is the next single to be added to his string of releases this year, following on from his June record ‘Ginger (Feel Good)’, a euphoric nod to summer that dropped in line with his debut show at London’s popular club space Night Tales.

Born in Poland but raised in London, ATRIP is a music obsessive who has always held a reverence for the diverse club culture of the UK capital. It is via his varied productions that ATRIP pays homage to the city and various musical subcultures that have shaped him. Never one to conform to strict categorization, ATRIP’s musical output is driven by emotion rather than genre and through his prolific catalogue he has been able to capture a broad spectrum of feeling, ranging from celebratory to sombre.

It was during the 2020 lockdown that ATRIP began to cultivate his current sound, after the period of introspection that the era brought left him wanting to develop something new. Since this time, ATRIP has begun to rapidly ascend the list of highly in-demand producers, in 2023 being commissioned to remix dance music titans Disclosure’s single ‘Higher Than Ever Before’. The same year, he collaborated with fellow London based producer/vocalist Poté (who is signed to Bonobo’s OUTLIER label) on the joyous track ‘Look At Me Dance’. Through his relentless work-rate and steady flow of quality releases, ATRIP has gained recognition from a slew of acclaimed DJs and artists, with his music being played out by the likes of HAAi, Lil Silva, DJ Seinfeld, Barry Can’t Swim and salute.

Organically generating millions of streams over the past 2 years, ATRIP stands at the precipice of a highly fruitful career in music. Past focusing on the individual, ATRIP seeks to build a community around his music and arranges pub meet-ups before each of his gigs via a WhatsApp group chat designed to connect fans and foster genuine relationships. Bridging the gap between electronic music and other genres bubbling across the UK, ATRIP has recently received a guest feature from next-to-blow West London rapper Bawo and seeks to continue melding these styles in future releases.

With a healthy lineup of tour dates to carry him through summer, ATRIP will be making an appearance at Secret Garden Party later this month, before setting off into Europe for Austria’s Paradies Garten Festival and a show at La Mazette in Paris throughout August. In September, he can be caught back in the UK at Confidence Man Presents at London’s Fabric as well as Into The Woods Festival.

Junction 3’ is the latest instalment in ATRIP’s already impressive catalogue and is sure to become a dancefloor favourite for DJs and listeners alike. With this release and through his ethos of genuine human connection, ATRIP continues to build meaningful communities filled with likeminded individuals.
