Amira Elfeky has shared her latest single “Remains of Us” with Scarlet House, available now via Anemoia Records/Atlantic Records. The electric track follows the release of her debut EP, Skin to Skin, which is highlighted by incendiary tracks like “Everything I Do Is For You,” “A Dozen Roses,” and her acclaimed major label debut single, “Coming Down.”
Hailed by Revolver for a “sensual sound one part Deftones’ gauzy alt-metal and one part Evanescence’s soaring goth-rock,” Elfeky marked the arrival of Skin To Skin earlier this year with a momentous live headline debut performance at Los Angeles, CA’s Moroccan Lounge, which was followed by a much-anticipated series of West Coast headline shows. Elfeky is gearing up to embark on a major North American tour alongside The Used and special guests Story of the Year, which got underway June 20 at Gary, IN’s Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and then making stops through mid-July.

Fueled by an unyielding passion for heavy rock, Amira Elfeky draws inspiration from the fervor of nu-metal and the evocative soundscapes of the 2000s. Elfeky’s relationship with Anemoia Records began almost two years ago, when she and masterer/mixer Tylor Bondar (Breland, Sueco) started working on music in imprint founder Ian Hunter’s Los Angeles home. She honed in on her sound with relentless effort, finally unveiling “Tonight (Demo)“ in July 2023. Rich with indelible intensity and raw authenticity, the youji2k-produced track – which demonstrates Elfeky’s burgeoning prowess as she navigates the complex terrain of mental health struggles and codependency within relationships – proved an immediate sensation, earning more than 12.5M streams to date. In addition, Elfeky recently shared her arresting cover of System of a Down’s classic “Lonely Day,” streaming now exclusively via Spotify Singles.
