UK-based band Bug Eyed shared their new single “Ten to Twelve,”. The new single follows their premier track “Backseats,” released last month, which introduced their playful and singular sonic universe. “Ten to Twelve” displays Bug Eyed’s genre-blending and time-warping sound, combining early-aught British pop-rock with modern American pop influence. “Ten to Twelve” and “Backseats” are just the first taste of what is to come from the British band.
Bug Eyed is a kinetic forcefield who channels excitement, life-affirming chaos and endless creativity into their technicolor storytelling. Emerging with influence from the British and American pop and rock they grew up listening to, Bug Eyed is intent on bottling up various life experiences, shaking them up, and letting them explode through airwaves. Nestled at the heart of Bug Eyed lies an endless hunger to unfold narratives and tell of adventure, crafting universes where immersion is not just an option, but a birthright.
This month, Bug Eyed brings their energetic live show across the UK and Europe as direct support to Sad Night Dynamite ahead of their performance at Pitchfork Festival in Paris on November 8th. Beginning in December and extending to February 2025, Bug Eyed will join Lola Young on her tour across the UK and Europe with stops in Glasgow, Manchester, and London before heading to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam top of next year.
