The new single will waterfall into second singe ‘TV DREAMS’ on 29th March and marks more of what’s to come of the tastemaker producer in 2024
Following the release of ‘Was It Enough’ earlier this year with Eljé, leading UK dance music DJ-producer, NOTION, continues to move forward with his evolved sound, releasing new single ‘GRAVITY‘ via Virgin Music that will also waterfall into second single ‘TV DREAMS’ on 29th March.
NOTION is constantly shaping his sound, which has continued to rack up millions of streams to his name. Recently, his viral hit ‘Found Love’ reached Silver Certification amassing over 43M streams whilst latest single ‘Was It Enough’ with Eljé has already achieved 200K plays and support from Jaguar, Charlie Tee, Jeremiah Asiamah and BBC Introducing across BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra plus more.
Meanwhile, his own Dance Dubs project consists of special dubs primed for the dance floor, an eight date sold out UK tour and boat party, with a radio show in the pipeline. His latest Skepta dub on Soundcloud has nearly 500K plays, catching attention from the main man himself and has allowed NOTION to build a loyal fanbase with over 2K fans signing up to his broadcast community.
The end of last year also saw NOTION take on his AU and NZ tour including a set at Beyond the Valley which whilst it saw him clash with Peggy Gou, he managed to pack out the arena with over 10K people attending, demonstrating the appeal for his versatile sound.
Back on the road for 2024, NOTION is set to road test his upcoming releases stateside with a debut 13 date US tour including a stop at HARD Summer and further shows in Canada, Japan, Fiji and Amsterdam all booked in. Continuing to receive the recognition he deserves, NOTION has been gracing his presence in the studio with Katy B whilst racking up global appeal with a special guest mix for US titans Insomniac. Meanwhile, this next release is already in demand with key tastemakers, receiving early backing so far from salute, Disclosure and Ewan McVicar.
Now releasing new single ‘Gravity’, the new single captures the essence of summer fun with its rush of sugary chords and pitched up R&B vocals over rapid garage infused breakdowns.
