Eritrean born, Amsterdam based singer/songwriter, RIMON, has shared a brand new single called “Can’t Forget” featuring Kelz2busy out now. RIMON sings over an eclectic beat with angelic soundscapes about moving on from a relationship that no longer serves her. The accompanying vlog-style music video shows life throughout Tokyo as she goes down memory lane, and the aftermath of how she feels when the highs are over.
“Can’t Forget” is her second release of 2023, following “I Choose U” (feat. RINI) earlier this year. RIMON has been extremely consistent, having started the year being named Hits Magazine’s Artist to Watch and a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe recipient. During the Spring, she went on the European leg of Giveon’s tour, after having spent 2022 as an opening act on his Give or Take North America tour. She’s also headlined her own sold out European tour, earned “Best show” at ESNS 2019, and performed Pitchfork, Parklife, and Lollapalooza festivals.
In 2022, RIMON shared “Build Me A House” featuring Tiggs Da Author after debuting it on her second Colors Show performance. This single has over 16 million streams and marked her first release since her EP, Digital Tears, which Slate Magazine called an essential album. Early on in 2018 she shared her debut project BBYGIRL FOCU$ and performed a sold-out headline tour. She was named 3FM artist of the month in November 2018 and won an MME Award during ESNS 2021.
RIMON has since fostered co-signs from Denzel Curry, EARTHGANG, and more, and brand collaborations with Mercedes, BMW, Nike, Adidas, Versace, Levi’s and was selected by Tommy Hilfiger as face of their Tommy Jeans Crest campaign.
